Remember not to add extra water in the middle of cooking, it will ruin the texture!Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05258819547157478729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5639688143851123016.post-44079637085472623472010-01-21T09:26:05.826-08:002010-01-21T09:26:05.826-08:00I LOVE porridge! Mmm. Back home in Malaysia I remember my mom telling me that if I ever cooked porridge, I mustn't stir it too much otherwise I'd let air in, and then everyone gets diarrhea LOL!

I guess I've never had the patience to boil it for so long. Usually it's "I want lunch now now NOW!" haha! But I've been trying a few times, and I guess it works okay. We eat it with preserved bamboo shoots, radishes and some canned fish :DMeihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12627605897748258021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5639688143851123016.post-54793848218548364772010-01-14T20:11:43.995-08:002010-01-14T20:11:43.995-08:00Hi Traci, let me know how is that turn out, ok?
