ReplyDeleteIt has been sometime since I had sushi.. =(
ReplyDeleteYou make them look so perfect like the ones in jap restaurant.. Any plans to open a restaurant of your own? hehe.. =D
Cherry Potato, we love to share good food!!I was not a big fan of SUSHI before. I almost threw out the first time I had sushi many years ago. But, my hubby loves sushi, I might be infected by him, become a sushi lover now. We have sushi meal at least one or twice per week. The sushi is quite common here, not that expensive. But still cost a lot if we have it so frequent.I have better make it my own! :-p
ReplyDeleteTracie, I still need a lot of practices to roll my sushi looks better.
ReplyDeleteOne of my DAY DREAM - Working hard to save more money for my own restaurant one day! (Might be too old already to run a restaurant when I save enough money) hehehehe...
Your sushi rolls look nice...!! I don't eat unagi though, because I find the look of live eels quite repelling, reminds me of snakes...;-))!
ReplyDeleteCooking Gallery - the first time I ate unagi was already cooked, when I saw the live eels, I didn't know that was the thing I have eaten... so, didn't have the feeling like eating snake! hahahaa
